Full House cast: Then and now

Soon after Full House ended, Cameron met her husband, then-professional hockey player Valeri Bure, and they married in 1996. The couple now share daughter Natasha and sons Maksim and Lev.

A few years after the cameras stopped rolling on Full House, the actress admitted to struggling with an eating disorder. In her 2011 memoir, Reshaping It All, she outlined her struggles with bulimia that stemmed from leaving her Hollywood acting career to raise her three children.

“It’s a very dangerous cycle that can just start to consume your life and really take over,” she told People at the time while promoting the book. “It wasn’t about me trying to lose weight. It was all about emotions.”

Now a Hallmark movies staple, Bure has also appeared in TV series Make It or Break It and reality program Dancing With the Stars in the US.

In 2016, she also reprised her role as D.J. Tanner in the Netflix offering Fuller House. The series ran for five seasons before it wrapped in 2020.
