Too many bad memories?
Following what has been reported as a very dramatic and eventful trip to Aspen amid production on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12, which allegedly saw Kathy Hilton being accused of using a slur, which she denied, and the drinking habits of Erika Jayne being spotlighted, Kyle Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, have listed their Aspen vacation home.
With the help of Heather Sinclair and Chris Flynn, both of whom work out of the Aspen branch of Mauricio’s real estate firm, The Agency, Kyle and Mauricio are hoping to unload their four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath, 2,426-square-foot home for $9.75 million.
According to a listing for the rustic but modern property, Kyle and Mauricio purchased the three-story mountain escape in May 2019 for $5 million.
Located in the heart of Aspen, the home features plenty of wood features throughout, including log beams and stacked stone fireplaces.
Outside of the living room is a small deck with views of the surrounding woods.
The wood theme continues into the kitchen of the home, where wooden cabinets surround stainless steel appliances.
There’s also a quaint dining room space outside of the living room, which boasts a bench seat on one side.
Upstairs, the master suite of the home features another stacked stone fireplace.
The master bathroom is spa-like with a steam shower and soaking tub.
Two more bedrooms can also be found in the home.
One guest bathroom has a tiled shower and unique sink.
The fourth bedroom features two sets of bunk beds for guests.
On the roof of the home is a refinished deck with views of the surrounding nature.
“Things really got out of control, let me tell you,” Kyle admitted. “Aspen will never be the same…. When I went back this last time, I took some sage with me. [And] there was a Ouji board involved.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
