RHOBH Reunion Clip to be Used Against Erika Jayne, Auction Date Set For Tom Girardi’s Law Firm Belongings

Ronald Richards believes he has video proof that Erika Jayne has made inconsistent statements about the legal drama that has been surrounding her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, in recent years.

Over the weekend, amid his investigation into Erika’s finances, which was launched as part of the bankruptcy proceedings against Thomas, 82, the attorney posted a clip from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season nine reunion.

In the clip, host Andy Cohen said that certain members of the RHOBH cast had been accused of discussing Lisa Vanderpump and puppy-gate, “maybe even strategically, so that you could bury some of the negative stories surrounding yourselves.”

He then read a statement a fan made about Erika, 50.

“Erika is happy to talk about Lisa Vanderpump all day but when it comes to Tom defaulting on a $15 million loan, she doesn’t say a word,” the message said.

While Erika has recently claimed to be completely out of the loop in regard to her husband’s business dealings, she responded to Andy in a way that might suggest she was well aware of the $15 million case against him as well as how it was handled.

“How about this? Resolved and they apologized,” she replied.

“This is an example of prior footage rebutting claim of complete lack of knowledge,” Ronald wrote with the clip.

Just last week, Ronald told Us Weekly he was planning to depose not only Erika but possibly her RHOBH castmates in regard to the “inconsistent statements and admissions” made on the show.

In other RHOBH news, the Daily Mail revealed on July 29 that the belongings from Thomas’ law firm offices, including a printer, a Cadillac DTS, wine, a guitar, a signed Beach Boys record, bronzed statues, furniture, sports memorabilia, art, rugs, books, a piano, and a signed Erin Brockovich movie poster, will be auctioned off by ThreeSixty Asset Advisors on August 25.

The assets were recently appraised by an auctioneer for between $50,000 and $60,000.

As fans of Erika likely know, Thomas’ law firm, Girardi & Keese, secured a $460 million settlement for residents of Hinkley, Texas, against Pacific Gas & Electric. And years, later, the contaminated water case was featured in the 2000 film, Erin Brockovich.

Although the film led to fame for Thomas, he was later accused of embezzling a portion of their settlement, just as he’s accused of doing to the families of victims of a 2018 plane crash in Indonesia.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
