Just as her longtime best friend Kyle Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, listed their Aspen home for $9.7 million, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum put her 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 4,206-square-foot home in Los Angeles on the market for $5.9 million — for a second time.
In the listing for Teddi’s home, it is noted that the modern property is located above the Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills and boasts stunning views of the city and ocean.
Mauricio, and Kyle’s oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, who work out of Maurcio’s The Agency, have been enlisted to sell the property, which Teddi and Edwin purchased in December 2017 for $4.07 million.
The home features an open floor plan draped with marble, white porcelain tiles, and wood paneling.
Automatic pocket doors bring indoor-outdoor living to the family room and dining area.
A seamless modern kitchen and breakfast bar can be found beside the dining area.
In Teddi and Edwin’s master suite, doors open to the outside as a walk-in closet is located nearby.
The master bathroom is extravagantly modern with lined marble tiling and a soaking tub.
Two additional bedrooms boast similar light and bright themes.
A guest bathroom goes against the grain with dark walls and countertops.
A gym and an office are also available.
Terraces line the exterior of the home, providing breathtaking views.
The home’s incredible outdoor space has a pool and heated spa, a dining area, and a kitchen and bar.
Other features include dual-zoned heating and cooling, a security system, and a 2-car garage.
According to Dirt, Teddi and Edwin first listed the home in August 2020 for $5.9 million as they dropped $6.49 million on their current home in Encino. Then, when the Hollywood Hills property didn’t sell, they ultimately rented it out for $25,000 per month.
Teddi’s Hollywood Hills home can also be rented for $40,000 per month.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
